I added up all the points needed for every game level from 1 to 30 in order to calculate how many spins one would have to make to reach Silver VIP status.

The total was 175,180,000 which, at a minimum bet of 5,000 coins would require 35,036 spins to complete.

In addition, at level 11 you unlock the ability to participate in daily challenges. Completing a challenge may give you a double XP reward for four hours which will help you level up more quickly which then earns your VIP points more quickly.
